The outstanding corporate meeting venue at Surrey Downs Golf Club in Kingswood, Surrey offers three separate meeting rooms for conferences and group meetings. The Willow Suite, The Rowan Suite and The Chestnut Suite, are all meeting spaces available for hire which enable us to accommodate between 6 and 150 delegates and a variety of room set ups to suite you.

Our Willow Suite meeting room offers a large meeting space with lots of natural daylight. It is an air-conditioned room and has unrivalled views of Surrey Downs golf course. There is a wireless network available for internet access giving you business communications for your seminar, learning day or company meetings. Table and seating arrangements can be chosen to meet your individual needs and this room has the added advantage of being easily divided into two separate meeting rooms, using acoustic soundproof screens.The flexible meeting spaces we have here in Kingswood, Surrey provide choice for you and an opportunity to do business in a more enjoyable and unique way. The Willow Suite also has its own fully stocked bar for more relaxed corporate and evening functions.

The Rowan Suite is a flexible meeting room, again with internet access and its own private balcony. This room is hired in conjunction with an adjacent lounge, making it ideal for conferences or company training days requiring a break out facility.

The Chestnut Suite is our own boardroom meeting space and like the Rowan it has a private balcony with wonderful views overlooking our high standard golf course. This meeting room has internet access and can accommodate up to 16 delegates.

Please note that both the Rowan Suite and Chestnut Suite are situated on the first floor of the Clubhouse, however the Willow Suite meeting room does allows disabled access.
