Ideal candidate will have previous retail experience and preferably have been in a similar role supervising a team. Must be able to work under own initiative. Knowledge of golf industry is an advantage.

Assisting the F&B operations covering all areas of work from serving, maintaining and preparing rooms, cleaning of the service areas and general bar/ waiting duties as set by management.

Sous Chef & Chef de Partie
Enjoying an excellent reputation for its high standards with an average of 100 covers a day, you must be able to work well within an established brigade of approximately 6 chefs. Experience and a passion for food is a must.
