Surrey Downs Golf Club in Kingswood, Surrey offers three separate meeting rooms. The Willow Suite, The Rowan Suite and The Chestnut Suite, are all meeting spaces available for hire which enable us to accommodate between 6 and 150 delegates in a variety of room set ups. All rooms have wireless internet access.
Our Willow Suite is a large meeting space with lots of natural daylight. It is an air-conditioned room and has fantastic views out across the course. The size allows for a variety of different layouts and this room has the added advantage of being easily divided into two separate meeting rooms, using a partition wall.
The Rowan Suite is a flexible meeting room with its own private balcony and an adjacent lounge, making it ideal for days requiring a break out facility.
The Chestnut Suite is a boardroom for up to 16 people and, like the Rowan, has a private balcony with wonderful views out over course.
Please note that both the Rowan Suite and Chestnut Suite are situated on the first floor of the Clubhouse, however the Willow Suite meeting room does allow disabled access.
