Functions
At Surrey Downs our aim is to remove as many of the stresses of organising and running your event as possible so that you can concentrate of having a good time. At the planning stage Zoe Brown and Sue Brady, our events management team, will take time to find out what you’re trying to achieve and offer all the help they can, either directly from us or through their extensive list of useful contacts, so that you end up with what you want and we fully understand what it’s going to take to make your event go smoothly.

Most of our events are held in the Willow Suite although for smaller events the Rowan or Chestnut might be more suitable. The Willow Suite is great for events up to 200 people (dependent on room layout and table settings) being a self-contained, air-conditioned area with its own entrance, bar and patio area. We have example packages for functions but ultimately it’s up to you to suggest what you want and for us to deliver the best event we can.
