Our aim at Surrey Downs is to remove as many of the stresses of organising and running your event as possible. We want you to concentrate on having a good time.
We have a range of Suites and this allows us to accommodate parties of all sizes.

We had a wonderful party for our 50th wedding anniversary in the Willow Suite, a lovely setting on the ground floor overlooking the golf course. Everything was perfectly organised by Rachael. Chris, the chef, provided the well presented and delicious food and the duty manager on the evening made it all flow seamlessly, regardless of the fact that we asked him to change the tables layout at the very last minute! The DJ recommended by Rachael played all the music we asked for. We would thoroughly recommend the venue for any occasion.

This is a heartfelt thank you to Akila and Chris and all the staff at Surrey Downs GC who hosted my mother's 80th Birthday party. I meet with both gentlemen a couple of months ago to arrange the menu and plan for our special day. I felt welcomed and relaxed from our very first meeting. They allayed my fears and organised a superb lunch that I was proud to to invite my family too. I hope to use SDGC for future events and hope Akila and Chris will be there again

I recently booked the Willow Suite on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate my mother's 96th birthday with 36 family members spanning 4 generations. The room was perfect and nicely decorated, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We had pre-ordered a finger buffet which was continually replaced as it was consumed and was exactly what was required for a lunchtime meal.
So, all in all I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Well done.

Lovely venue for a family party. Attended an event here and the staff Shaun and Esme were lovely and very accommodating. Food was delicious. Good parking. Clean toilets. Easy disabled access.
